Burgdorf Hot Springs (208-636-3036) They have very limited gas for snowmobilers and will have food available again this season. The Secesh Stage Stop will be open this winter with food, beverages and fuel from 10 AM - 5 or 6 PM 7 days a week during the winter season. Call ahead if you have a large group 208-636-4498. The Winter Inn/Baum Shelter in Warren will open Yellow Pine is open for business and is accessible by the South Fork Road during the winter months for those who want to drive in. You can snowmobile from Wapiti to Landmark and into Yellow Pine now. Yellow Pine Corner is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Call ahead to make sure the grill is hot or if you have a large party 208-633-3325. High octane, ethanol free fuel available. Call ahead if you need lodging in the area. Upper Elevation (Titus): below Brundage Ski Area off Hwy 55
Francis Wallace: 9 miles north of Hwy 55 on Warren Wagon Road
West Face: Off Hwy 55 across from Bear Creek Lodge west of McCall
Tamarack Falls: Donnelly, west on Roseberry Road, right on West Mtn. Road, end of plowed road
Wallace Lane (New Meadows): North on Cemetery Road from Hwy 55, right on Wallace Lane
Mill Creek (Council): Closed Monday - Friday to allow logging activity. Open on weekends.

The Granite Mountain closure will be in place again this season from January 15 - March 31, 2018. Squaw Point and Hitt Mountain are open as a part of this agreement. A route is open that will allow you to access Twin Lakes and the top of Granite. Please respect closed areas.

Can't figure out the locations? Not all of the areas being reported are in the McCall area. I will try to do a better job of identifying where the trails mentioned are. Road numbers and location names correspond to the road numbers on the Forest Service maps. You can purchase maps from the Payette (208)634-0400 and Cascade (208)382-7400 Forest Service offices.
