Burgdorf Hot Springs (208-636-3036) and the Winter Inn in Warren (208-636-4393)are open. The Backcountry Bed and Breakfast in Warren will be closed after October 31st for the winter.

This is the time of year we don't think much of avalanche danger, but the danger is out there. Please check the Payette Avalanche Center link before going out if you may be playing or crossing though potential avalanche areas. To report avalanche incidents that you observe call 208-634-0465 or 208-315-2988. We need to work together to stay safe. One snowmobiler was involved in an avalanche near Fisher Creek Saddle and was Life Flighted out in critical condition Sunday afternoon. 10 other avalanches were observed in our area. It doesn't take deep snow to trigger an avalance. A lot of times we are the trigger. Learn before your go and stay safe.

We aren't getting groomer updates but they are still grooming following the usual schedule. Check the day of the week below and, unless it is raining hard, that is what should be groomed through this week.
